 Mr. Aaron Marlatt

Mr. Marlatt was appointed to his first 3 year term on ABSA’s Board commencing in May 2023. Mr. Marlatt is a professional engineer (civil) with over 25 years of experience in construction management. He is currently the Vice President, Construction at Graham with responsibility for leading major oil & gas industrial projects.

 Dr. Brad Donaldson 

Dr. Brad Donaldson was appointed to his first 3-year term on ABSA’s Board commencing December 2022. He was named Lethbridge College’s ninth President and CEO in August 2022. Dr. Donaldson has more than 17 years of experience in the Alberta post-secondary system. Prior to academic leadership, Dr. Donaldson spent more than 20 years working in engineering and in the global manufacturing sector.

Ms. Pamela McIntyre

Ms. McIntyre was appointed to her second 3-year term on ABSA’s Board as an industry representative commencing July, 2021. Pamela is a professional engineer and was Senior Vice-President, Safety, Risk Management and Innovation at CNRL in Calgary until she retired in September 2022.

Mr. Trevor Williams

Mr. Williams was appointed by the Minister to his first term on ABSA’s Board commencing October 2022. Trevor is the Interim President, Nitrogen and Phosphate at Nutrien Canada. He is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Nutrien’s Nitrogen and Phosphate businesses. He has a diverse array of experience leading large scale chemical operations for global companies and the execution of strategic plans to support the growth of the business, its operations and people.

Mr. Gary Woods

Mr. Woods was appointed to his second 3-year term on ABSA’s Board commencing July, 2022. Gary is a first class power engineer and currently holds the position of Vice President/Managing Director, Canadian Gas & Renewable Operations with TransAlta in Calgary, Alberta.
