Act & Regulations for Vendors

Pressure equipment vendors in Alberta must be aware of specific requirements that apply to them, as set out in the Safety Codes Act and regulations (see list below).

ABSA (Alberta Boilers Safety Association) oversees all pressure equipment that falls within the jurisdiction of the Safety Codes Act and regulations. Vendors should be aware of Alerts and Information Bulletins issued by ABSA.
